Mobile Phone Application Developer

We require software developers to help us develop a range of mobile phone applications across a variety of platforms. Applicants must have

• Good working knowledge and experience with at least one programming language from C++, Java or Objective C. A minimum of either 3 years, or a relevant university degree
• Some experience developing for mobile phone devices, with experience in at least one platform out of iPhone, J2ME, Symbian, RIM, Android, Windows Mobile.
• Willingness and ability to learn about new technologies, programming languages.
• Awareness of agile development methodologies
• A genuine enthusiasm and interest in software development and technology

Any of the following skills or experience would also help:

• Server and website development using Ruby, Python, PHP, MySQL, Apache
• Usability engineering and design skills
• Social networking development, developing Facebook apps, integrating with twitter
• Location Based experience such as rendering maps, geocoding

Developers will normally be expected to work from our offices in the centre of Abingdon.
Salary will be based on applicants skills and experience.

Blackberry Application Developer

We require a developer with experience in Telephony applications for Blackberry/RIM. The project requires knowledge of SMS, Voice calls, SIP, DTMF, data connections, event handlers, background applications. Experience with Symbian C++, Android, Palm, Windows Mobile would also be an advantage.
Salary will be based on skill and experience.
